✦ FLAT RATE SHIPPING COSTS
Canada:
BC: Untracked -$5 CAD // Tracked - $12 CAD
Other Provinces: Untracked - $5 CAD// Tracked - $17 CAD
(Canadian orders with subtotals over $100 CAD will be upgraded at no extra cost to Tracked Shipping even if "Untracked" is selected)
USA: Untracked - $9 CAD // Tracked - $12 CAD
(American orders with subtotals over $80 CAD will be upgraded at no extra cost to Tracked Shipping even if "Untracked" is selected)
✦ TAXES
Canadian addresses: Taxes will be calculated at checkout
US addresses: No taxes are currently applied to any state.
✦ PROCESSING TIMES
Most items can ship within 1-3 business days. Some items (mostly air dry clay items) may take longer (2-5 business days). If some items are ready to ship while others are not in your order, I will wait until I can ship it together.
When an order is complete, an e-mail shipping confirmation will be sent. This only means the order is complete and your order will be shipped out the following business day. (ie. an order marked complete on Saturday, will be shipped on the following Monday. Or if Monday falls on a holiday, it will be shipped on Tuesday).
✦ DELIVERY TIMES
Unfortunately I have no control over the package once it's handed over to Canada Post.
This is just a general timeline on when most packages arrive.
Metro Vancouver: ~1-3 business days
Rest of BC: ~2-5 business days
Alberta: ~3-5 business days
Other Provinces (urban): ~4-7 business days
Other Provinces (rural): ~5-10 business days
**from personal experience, some packages take an unusually long time for Ontario destinations, even for urban destinations. Please be patient if you are in Ontario!
USA:
West Coast States: 4-10 business days
Other States: 6-12 business days
**rural addresses may take longer than urban addresses
✦ COMBINING ORDERS
If you did not receive a shipping confirmation e-mail, there may be a chance that I can still combine your order. Please contact me BEFORE you place your second order so we can confirm that combining orders is possible.
